Order & Payment Issues

Once the order has been placed, it can take upto 2 business days to dispatch your order. Once the order has been dispatched, you will recieve an email from us with a link to track your order. We will send you the tracking number and the details of the shipping company, so you can easily track the status of your order.

We are unable to amend orders after they have been placed. If you would like to return an item you have ordered, that is no problem at all – please refer to our returns page.

If you have received a damaged item, please take a photo, and contact us within 7 days of your order arriving. Please refer to our returns page for more details.

Shipping & Delivery

Express Delivery may be possible under special circumstances. Additional charges may apply.

We pack orders almost 24 hours a day, and aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 business hours. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email for you to stay updated on when your parcel will be delivered.
